Hello. I would like to inquire about the price of Phase 9 commercial 4 marla file. What is the price and what are the prospects in the next 2-3 years. Is it a good investment or shaky?
Would you advise to buy three separate residential 1 kanal files or one commercial 4 merla file in phase 9 please?

In my opinion it will take at least 15 years for this area to get developed and populated or even more commercial activity and prices only atarted to rise after that.
With 15 million bucks one can easily do something productive in other developed phases rather than buying phase 9 commercial.
No offence you can disagree on that but please do come up with solid clause.

Absolutely agreed with Phase-9. Actually timelines for development are often distorted to make different phases attractive. |
