DHA 8 Z block file,

Wondering whether the price of DHA 8 Z block file is justified, where as location wise it's not very attractive as its in kind of Ireland as well as to my understanding it will fall close the Government Housing Scheme called Asshiana (something) and the who would like to prefer living next to it or in neighbourhood.. Imagine who will get those free housing and what kind of neighbourhood that would be?
It's my opinion but please comments on the subject as May be I am wrong.

Jimmy dear, all DHA is laced with "pinds" in its vicinity, be it Charrar, Keel, Pungali etc. We do need this demographic mix to survive. Also, Ashiana scheme will come up as an organised scheme, not a haphazardly developed area like any "pind". Moreover another plus point is that the area will become populated more quickly than expected.

I am 100% agree with jimmy.
In fact buyer will have to use its own mind.
The file rate was jumped from 30 to 60 lacs without any specific reason.

Saeed sahib I know few sectore hv Pinds around but not ALL and those were not avoidable but in case of Phase 8 Z we have nothing around so far until this Ashsiana Scheme comes and the occupancy of these flats/housing perhapes will not be more than 3 to 3-1/2 Marla of each, considering 4 to 5 people in one house so imagine what kind of population you would have around.

I am not against of these people they are all my own Pakistanies but go to Angoori Scheme which was given free at the time of Mr Bhutto located close to Baghbanpura or go to other free schemes and watch what kind of people are living. Most of them are rented unlawfully and rented to whom I would not open my mouth!!!
