Dear All,
Please guide which option is better. 1 kanal file of Phase-7 or 1 kanal plot of non possesed area for around 70-75 lakh? As file is around 56 and 15 lakh development charges so total will be 70-71 lakh.

Thanks for the advice. Can you please tell how much time before that plot will be ready for construction from now? And if i buy file how many years before ready for construction just to get an idea?

Dear Sir,
You may get possession in 2016. In case of file the possession date will be same but you have location known in case of plot. on contrary ,In case of file the advantage is you need to pay 15 lacs development charges in 2 years
