Can somebody explain why we still have files available in phase 6 7 and 8? Is balloting in these phases already done??
Also where is the location of Phase 7 files? is investing in "DHA Lahore Phase 7 file 10 Marla For 36.50 Lacs" is a good option or any other better option available in same range?
when the balloting and possession of DHA phase 7 files are expected?

I know about DHA phase-9 files that have not yet been balloting and no map is available right now.
Please let me know the status of Phase-6 and 7 files
same as phase-9 or something different?
Why the prices of Phase-6 & 7 files are more than that of phase-9?
e.g.
Phase-9 (1 Kanal): 49 lacs
Phase-6 (1 Kanal): 100 lacs [Highest amongst all files]
Phase-7 (1 Kanal): 56 lacs

DHA phase 6 has possession with hundreds of houses. DHA Phase 7 partially has possession. DHA Phase 8 possession in 2016 as development is in full swing. THE DHA has cleared more land from Litigation areas and villages falling there plus further expanding the at boundaries by acquiring land. DHA do not buy land. DHA Will issue files to land owners against acquired land that's you are seeing files in DHA Phase 6,7 an 8.
In dha phase 7 10 marla cutting is in T,U and Y Block. You can expect in it or may be in any other block (If new cutting arrives) but nothing is confirmed before ballot. dHA Phase 7 files Balloting can be happen any time from next 3 to 12 months. You can expect possession in 2016 or 2017.
