I am looking to construct my home in 2-3 years.
I have a budget of about 1 crore.
Which is better of the two to go for
DHA 5 M or DHA 7 or DHA 8 ( s block has least value)
If I buy a DHA 7 File, which block I am likely to get plot Is that a better alternative?

Dear Sir,
Make your priority as below
1) DHA Phase 5 M-Block ( Highly Recommendable)
2) DHA Phase 8
3) DHA Phase 7
There is no confirmation before ballot in which block you are going to get plot.

DHA Phase 9 One kanal file including development charges will cost you 70 lacs. You are buying one kanal semi developed plot around 100 to 105 lacs. Will be populated at earliest. It can yield you maximum 2 to 2.50 Million in coming years.
