Can you please tell the proposed location of this scheme, is it adjacent to phase 9 or across the ferozpur road.
Please let me update if invest in either of these societies for about three to four years, will i get the same return: whereas the price of file is about 40 and 49 lac.

It is adjacent to Phase 9 across the hadian drain. DHA acquiring the land there but how much it will be expanded in future ? too early to comment. will let you as it happen. DHA Phase 9 extension is long term project. It will take for ballot.but after phase 9 ballot and it will boosted as there is limited substitutes
