I have 1 kanal file in phase 9 already.
Im planning to invest some 4000k. (40 Lacs).
This investment will be for building house on the first one or vice versa.
So please give me your expert opinion for one kanal investment.

1) Sui Gas phase 2
2) AWT phase 2
3) Central Park
4) NFC Phase 2

better you sell off ph 9 file, buy a plot in ph 7 by pooling up the money and than after two years you can switch to buying ph 9 files soon. |
