Hi All,

Please help...

Planning to buy a plot in phase 7 10marla and construct my dream home there. have a budget of 50-55 lakh for the plot..

this is a 3 year plan...do you think its a good idea to buy now in phase 7? or buy in phase 9 and wait for the return and then buy in phase 7?

i need some good advise...very much confused on this. LRE and other folks..please chip in.

Better to buy plot in Phase-7 straight away to avoid any tension. After 3-yrs if u dont get so much return from phase-9, in that case phase-7 prices wont be waiting for u brother

Dear Sir,
For Safe side it is better be in phase 7 , it will fulfill your requirement.for phase 9 fruitful Returns is there but time risk involved.

Please give me a sincere advice, I really need it from you , I' ve 1 kanal plot in phase 7 in the line of 780 s on fifty ft road and I had bought it for investment to construct a house on 10 marla what would be its price after six months because I can't wait more then that, at the moment its not giving much , is there any chance to get good profit after six months?????
