Dear Experts

I seek your advice to invest 185 Lacs in Lahore DHA. There are two options I am working on:

1. Buy Phase-7 four marla commercial file and one Phase-9 01 Kanal file.

2. buying one Ph-9 four marla commercial file with two 5 marla files.

Please advise which of the two options above is better for earning max. profit for 2-3 years investment.

option 1 seems balanced with one short term (phase 7) and long term approach (phase 9)

option 2 is more aggressive where you are putting all eggs in same basketi.e phase 9

I wouldnt suggest putting all in one phase. So option 1 looks good. Actually, if I had that amount at the moment, I would invest Phase 7, 4 marla commercial, DHA town file 5 marla and DHA Gujranwala 10 marla or 1 kanal depending on how much you have left.

Agree with the comment above. I would divide the risk between phase 7 and 9 given you are looking for a 2-3 year investment.

Option-1 is more balanced & practical. It would be a decent investment decision.
