I don't see as such any noticeable price increase in DHA 6 and 8 even the DHA main office is shifting in DHA 6.
It was a big noise and every one was suggesting to buy in DHA 8 and 6 before DHA main office shifting.
And it was estimated that plots will get at least 10 lax gain after shift.. But so far i haven't seen any raise. :(

It is office shifting not the DHA-6 or DHA-8 getting shifted to new locations therefore makes no sense the increase in price in relevant phases. |

it is just about the trend otherwise shifting office should increase only commercial and commercial rents only. |
