I lives in Qatar. I own a plot in Phase 7, Y block. Can anyone tell me the current status of development work in Y block. Anyone who visited Y block recently can give better details. Thanks.

I also have visited Phase-7 Y-block coz my plot is there. More than half Y-block is properly developed. Lower side which is called new cutting, development is going on there right now. I think possession would be given end 2015. You can check it from Google Earth as well, everything is clear. Yes, I agree it would be liveable after 4-5 years.

I visited phase 7 in May 2015. I think, with recent possession of other blocks, Y block possessino should be given in 2015 end or in 2016.

i meant May 2014. I personall ythink that phase 7 will have higher prices by 25% -40%, in 2-3 years, once some houses are ready to live.
