If I buy a file in Phase 7, do I need to pay development charges over and above the file cost or they are already paid??
When is balloting expected for phase 7??

Dear Mr.Ali,
In case of file regardless of phase of DHA, you must need to pay development charges in two years quarterly installment. it will not be included in file price. ballot can happen any time.
