Dear LRE and Friends!
I am planning for 4 marla commercial file and have following options:
DHA Phase 9 (bit struggling budget wise)
DHA phase 7
Dha phase 8 Z block
I am thinking about phase 7 as it could be balloted in around 3-4 years while the dealer is advising me to go for phase 8 z block as in his opinion it shall be more profitable compare to phase 7 commercial.
I need opinion and advice from all friends in order to take a good decision since I am out of country hence do not know much of opportunities.

If anyone is telling you phase 8 z block will be better than phase 7, they are either blind or completely misguiding you. Phase 8 Z is an isolate piece of land from the rest of DHA. DHA phase 7 is a much much better option. |

Dear Sir,
Buy either dha phase 9 or dha phase 7 commercial file.give priority to phase 9 if you can otherwise phase 7 is far far better than dha phase 8 z block.
