DHA 5 block M is on ground but Dha 9 God know when & where!

Honestly speaking if you have the power to hold in worst scenario then take risk and jump into phase9, the advantage you get is early high return which seems bit possible but if you go for phase5 M block return may take long time but sure.However if phase9 pays you early return then you can switch to phase5.Choice is yours .Take risk or play safe.

Phase 8 is also good option Possesion is soon hardly 7-8 month..

Which phase 8 are you talking about, phase 8 development started in 2012 and even not the dirt roads have been taken out, it takes at least 8-10 years for the phase to get developed. Please visit the area yourself and find out.

info when did u last visit?
the dirt roads are there since 2 years. Currently they are installing utilities; sewage, electric, etc.in Phase 8 proper.

DHA 5 block M without any doubt. It's nearing possession and will be first to be handed over among DHA 8, DHA 9 and all others. It is located on main ring road entrance and having better access by all means. It has a tag of Phase-5 attached to it. And above all the prices are dirt cheap and undervalued. Therefore, it is definitely the best buy in DHA for investment or building house purposes.

Dear Sir,
DHA Phase 5 M Block is best buy at this price but if can wait for long term phase 9 will be better choice.
