I have sold out my Z Block file in Dec 15 and took some loan and bought in DHA 8 X block plot..
Now I am feeling regret as Z block is going up and I shall not sell it. |

you should have gone for phase 7, as phase 7 has a good potential in short term. |

Always consider potential population in 4-5 years when buying commercial. That is where the real value is. You should have bought in phase 7. |
