i have one kanal plot in y-Block phase-7.i want to construct a House for personal use.should i wait for possession or i sell it and buy in some other block ?
will there be any boom and prices to go up ? is y block good location as compared to others ?
kindly anyone advice ?

Y 4442@78 to 80 Lac .you can make your sweet home in 2017. definitily price will go up in near future near possession or after it.if you want earlier house construction then move to other block where possession is available.
