I want to buy 10 marla file in phase 9 extension. Pls advise is it good investment?

Umer sahib Yes Its a good safe but 'LONG' term Investment. Buy only if you dont plan to sell it for minimum 3 years.
Price should gain but need long term commitment to hold.
