Undoubtedly Phase 9 Kanal option is the best in this budget. Regards |

Add Phase 7 10 Merla and IVY green 10 Merla good location plots in these Options. If you intend to make house, Other wise for growth only phase 9 File will give good return.

Sir you can also consider DHA Gujranwala & Multan, as you said you can wait up-to 3 years!
