Non balloted 1 kanal DHA Lahore phase 9 one kanal price today was 57.75 lacs. In same DHA Lahore phase 9 4 files of 5 marla = 1 kanal are selling for 92 lacs.

Interesting argument by CMY. Kanal files could easily rise to 80-90 lakh.
