Dear Mian Jee. Hayyat Reagency is a big fraud. Their pace of work is very slow since one year, their is no progress seen.They want to trap soft investors. They pretend on newspapers as they are going to hand over shops and apartments this year, how? Not possible in the next few years if they work swiftly.I am hard on my statement because I am living in Askari 10 and pass by this building many times a day.

Location wise it is great. Many metropolitans expand near airports. That is what is happening in Lahore at the moment. If you have confidence that builder can deliver good on their promise, invest in it. Any doubts, sit it out. Not spending money is better than losing money or have it stuck in dead investments.
