I have 3 files of DHA phase 9 (5 Marla). Do i need to submit any documents to DHA for balloting purposes? I also have their allocation letters with me..

If you have allocation letter with you. 99% chance you dont need any thing else to do. You can send us your info at this form form >>>>>> Ballot Ready <<< and we can check them free of cost to you from DHA office. No harm in double checking them.
