Phase 9 4 marla commercial gained 45 lac in just 3 months(from 150 to 195) while phase 7 commercial 4 marla did not move even by 3 lac in last 3 months seems a dead investment.

Please share thoughts on this one that why is Phase-9 gaining so much and nothing for Phase-7. Practically Phase-7 will be developed much more quickly than Phase-9.
Is it wise to Invest in Phase-7 Commercial or not?

Just for information, phase 7 commercial 4 marla file went up to 210 lacs, after balloting came down and similar will be the case with most other files.
