No, it depends where and when you invest,
Even if you dont meet fraud your invetsment can get stuck in time scale or can depriciate. That is the reson people intelligently invest and seek the advice from CMY and other experiened person.
But mostly there is gain

Profit risks are two types.
1): No profit - risk
2): Less profit - risk.

1) No profit risk means ur investment is dead and not growing.
So be careful while investing, normally there is negligible chance for no profit risk in DHA in country's normal political and financial situations.

2):Less profit risk means your investment is growing slowly.
you have to find out which sector/phase have more potential to grow in shorter time.
