Sir!

Don't you think that after balloting of phase 9, once thousands of plots are in market, prices will shoot down?

As such, buyers for files at rates given i.e. 62 for 1 kanal in phase 9 are not available now as investors fear that prices will go down after ballot? so what do you say?

There is an office in DHA Haly Tower Project, Phase II, Lalik Jahn Chowk which we need to sale on initial price. Certainly good margin of profit will get the buyer. If anyone one intrusted to deal, please reply I will contact.
