My previous request is still waiting to be replied by. I have just sold my plot in Phase 6 for 17.5 Million. Can you please guide me where to invest so that in 1-2 year I can be able to have my own house.

You should go for phase 7 now.I think phase 6 were good option,you should hold that plot if you intended to buy a house in 1 to 2 year.
Any how good luck now go for
1. 1 kanal dha 7
2. Buy 1 file for phase 9 (from profit of phase 9 you can do construction for your house 1 kanal) |
