Estimated Timeline For Possession of Developed Phase 9 plot,

How long you will think it will take to develop phase 9 and when we can build our house there, I mean which year 2020 ?

8 years will be reasonable time line, In DHA 6 they took 8,9 years, in DHA 7 they Gave in 9 years, DHA 8 also 5 ys Completed in April 9th but will take min 3,4 years.
DHA 9 is plain Land I don't think it will be very difficult to develop it, but to acquire pockets will take time. Hopefully in 8 years it will be open for construction.

Jameel sb you are the first one to give some realistic timelines otherwise people say that any phase will be built in 2-3 years, which has been completely false for every phase.

After 8 year 5 marla plot will be 75 lac approx. Am i right mr. Jameel?

after 8 years lot of factors cant tell but if u consider present a developed phase 9 will be first where 5 marla touch 100 lacs

I agree with Ahsan, it should be something Like this, I am afraid that they should not not Locate Most of small plots near Hadira Drain, This Boundary is about 6,& KM Long, already there is too much burden of development charges.
