I want to know what will be the tentative file rate of DHA Phase 9 Proper (5 Marla) before balloting on 12th or 13th May 2015?
2ndly, is it good idea to get file of DHA Phase 9 proper (5 Marla) at this time to sell on 13th May?
Please advise i am new in this forum and want to be a regular visitor. I m a website designer/social media advertising expert by profession.

28 to 30 lacs but keep in mind It gained 5 lacs in past month alone so any thing is possible in last 8 working days of DHA office to have these files transferred before ballot. |
