Dear Brothers & CMY ( the great brother ) , I have a kanal file and two '5' marla files . I plan to sell them tommorrow at 115 lacs .(63+26+26)
My plan is to purchase 3 one kanal files in DHA Multan at 98 lacs ( including commission & transfer. Please suggest . Your honest opinion required.

I think it is costly in 98.It should not b more than 93 including transfer and commission. |
