Are there any Commercial Plots in Phase 9 Ext? What is cost range?

Irfan bhai to date less than 1000 residential files of DHA 9 ext are allotted. Normally DHA commercial files come into market when DHA draws its master plan. Too early for that. We may have to wait a very long time for commercial files in DHA phase 9 ext.
