Could you please evaluate the current price of these plot:
DHA Town Lahore Phase 9 Block A Plot 754
DHA Town Lahore Phase 9 Block A Plot 686
With the balloting of the DHA Phase 9 file, will these plots also gain in value? Should I keep these plots or sell in the coming months? (I have no intent to build a house)

Sell them asap after you get possession announcement and before people get intimation latter for newly allotted plots. Before availability was very low but now you will have 1000s new plots but still same numbers of plots. In possession plots of DHA town only person will make a purchase that want to build a house. For investments people will go with lower budget non developed locations.
Mian Fawad +923024489001 is the best person to give you actual worth to sell these plots. You can call his with confidence to sell these plots.
