i have received my allocation letter of Dha phase 9 by myself few months back, now i am in UAE, after balloting does anyone can receive DHA letter behalf on me in Pakistan.
your reply on it will be highly appreciated.

I bought phase 9, 1 kanal file 1 year before through my relative and have agreement of selling in stamp paper and transfer lettter from dha. I could not visit Pakistan in this period and could not collect intimation and allocation letter. Is it possible my father can collect those letter now? |

You need Not to worry Physical handing over the letter is not important, But owner need to go in person to get that letter with original ID |
