I bought phase 9, 1 kanal file 1 year before through my relative and have agreement of selling in stamp paper and transfer lettter from dha. I could not visit Pakistan in this period and could not collect intimation and allocation letter. Is it possible my father can collect those letter now?

30 to 90 days after ballot you get intimation letter.!st installment due in about 180 days after ballot.

when you get the letter they mention the payment last dates on that,

I have a one 1 kanal file and one 5 marla file in DHA Ph9. I may not have enough cash to pay the development charges in due time. Can I still sell the plots, say after 1 year?

They,ll be due 3 months after every1 has recieved intimation letters by DHA i.e by oct-nov
