I have 10 Marla file in Phase 7. Should I sell it and buy something else in Ph 9 or IVY?
I have 3 years investment plan. Please suggest

Bilal bhai In past DHA did small no file in other phases during a ballot of major phase. Hold till ballot if not included than look for next move |

Phase 7 file is good investment.It is likely to be balloted in near future.Basically, file is of that land which is located in between the developed sectors of phase-7.you will get plot in between already developed area and you can start construction any time. |
