Bro don't compare Dha 9 town with Dha Rahber. 9 town location and surrounding you can not ever compare with Rahber. Just wait and see 9 town prices shooting up by mid of June as possession by 30th June 2015 as per Dha administrator. 9 town on one side ph 6 other side Askari 11 next to it ph 9 prisim. 5 mins drive you on LRR and in ph 5. Brother its depends on ur budget. If you have 2.0 million then u can purchase 5 marla file in dha rahbar phase 2 extension as its prices will increase with time also its balloting is expected by the end of this year. |
