IEP Town Sector B,

Dear Sir CMY,

I hope you are in good health. My query is a bit different from current hot topics as I want to ask about current status and future of IEP Town Sector B, specifically their 2 Kanal Plots. I have a two Kanal plot over there. Should I sell it and invest somewhere else? And what shall be expected selling price? Moreover, will it be better to convert it in 1 Kanal plots and sell separately.

Looking forward to your kind guidance at earliest.

no kanal is less than 100 there many houses started even this month , just few plots left out of 300 app , iep now engineers town and this year they banned to convert 2 kanal into 1 kanal each , society management is excellent here now ro plant , fountains installed soon zee grill of valencia is shifting to its club , and security with in security , in wapda town every street now have gated hurdle but iep is one gem , they already sold their commercial plots in sector b , for your info due to lot of traffic on wapda town round about on pia main boulvard wapda town main bulverad now can be used as semi commercial , people making lot of commercial shops , prices increasing in this area , no issue in society for living only problem iss from eagle eye view that one gate is opening in punjab phase 2 and other in wapda town but for living its one gem , recently people from eme phase 1 lso shifted here andliking it much . your plot is not less than 200 lacs in any case.

i am sure they baneed 2 kanal division in iep sector a but not sure implemented here too because few homes in construction stage which are divided 2 kanal into pne kanal plot . hope my reply help u a bit .

I spent time in many societies lahore is pack with relatives , abdalian , pcsir , dha phase 5 ,askari 10,11 etc but i love sector b iep , full of engineers doctors , bussinessman , educated posh area , gather on funreal and eid , walled society , after that i liked abdalian , other socities have edge of main roads approach but i conside sector b still underprice , u have some fruit left of kanal in abdalian is 250 here must be 200 soon so even luxury tax of 2 kanal wont keep it away to be over is now its rate .
