Dear Habib sb & Jameel sb

I have One kanal plot on 14 Avenue of Y-block Phase-7. This is purely for investment purpose, i have no intention to make my home there. Do you think its wise to keep this plot for next 2-3 years or I should change my investment? How much rise i can expect from it in next 2-3 years.
Looking forward for ur expert advise

Keep, Who Knows After few years you will say I want to Make House there, or that will be best time to sell it, at that time, Go and Install Google earth, Go to views and then Historic Imagery, now you can see Upto 15 years Back in Time
Now Goto Phase 6,7 area and find Population there in 2011, and And Today and then compare prices.

It will also answer the questions of People who are asking in How Much time this and this phase will develop

Thanks Jameel sb for your valuable suggestion. I personally visited the site two days ago & also keep checking it through google. Undoubtedly, Phase-6 population increased a lot during last 3-years.
What I want to ask is nobody at this website recommend Phase-7 for investment purpose. What is the reason behind this? Is Phase-7 bad investment for next 3-years?

Because people are not far sighted they see, trend for few days, But not what was 3 years back and what will be 3 years after.
see many fiends which are holding 9 are not seen as soon as it shed few Lacs, 7 day back you would see them too often in Forum.
Inshallah, I don't see any thing can shake phase 6,7,8 except a deep Slump in Market, which I don't see.
However if that happens it will shatter away all other speculative products.

You should hold it. DHA 7 have a lot room to grow on new investment or old holdings. Especially after more houses are visible there and when you get possession of all remaining blocks of DHA7 in about 6 to 12 months.
