Hold it if you can pay development charges and sell after 3 Years. You will get benefit. If no then sell after Monday as prices will be high.

But after monday no buyer will be available. I sold my 5 marla file yesterday at 24,75,000/- with difficulties as no buyer is available in the market. 300+ NDC are applying n daily basis so market is down. Hope so from monday market get good opening.

Please allow me to use CMY words, "WILD swings". You have to understand this. These swings you will see in Market. When prices reached at 27, everyone brought stuff in market. I am 100% agreed with CMY that on Monday it will revert back.
