No prices are set for these plots. They are not available on installments until today.

Apparently the forum has become a bit quite, after I believe everyone was expecting exciting price hikes in Phase 9 leading to the ballot....however it does not seem to happening. Lets see what the new week & the last before the ballot starting from Monday will throw at us. Whatever may be the case, I strongly believe that end users or those who can hold the files for long term will not be affected and will multiply their investments eventually. I bought a singly 1K file at around 27 three years back, so due to God's Grace I have nothing to worry. So now I am excited for the ballot result and I wish everyone here on the forum is blessed with a good location plot including me. InsheAllah.
