Dear Faiz,
It is big challenge to develop that area, The Landscape is too difficult and there is no under earth water. There is also dispute with planning Dept for location of Dadocha Dam.

"This kind of silence on the part of the administration gives rise to rumours and in this case, all the controversy surrounding the project, involvement of Bahria Town and now, the Dadocha Dam, has given rise to rumours that the project may be cancelled partially. Despite repeated emails and calls to the DHA, Islamabad helpline, no definitive answer has been received. I would like to request the management at DHA, Islamabad and the top echelons of the Pakistan Army to kindly clarify the progress, as well as any impediments regarding the project because there are thousands of investors who have invested a lot of money in this project. Most of the investors are poor people since the plots were small and not too expensive. Please allay their fears regarding the project."
