Need advise, shall is buy 1 k file in DHA-9 at this stage or to buy after the bolting or any other good choice in this budget.
An urgent advice will be helpful.

Asad looking at the map now getting a good plot of 1 kanal chances are greater than all past phases. For 77 lacs including development charges 1 kanal can be worth to try your luck. You cant get a good location in this price after ballot.
Look at Ivy green plots for sale you cant find a good location under 100 lacs including development charges.
