Dear CMY,
I have a plot in Phase7 P block. I bought it in 2012 and left it there. till now it has gained around 60% of its value.
I am planning some expenses for the future. I can hold it till 1 more year. I want to know if it is a good idea to wait for 1 year and if it will give more returns by that time.
If not, I can sell it now and use the money elsewhere.

This is a no brainer. Hold it (ideally for 2/3 years) and it will add another 3/4 million atleast. I have been discussing this with various experts including respected CMY and my conclusion is that once the phase 9 balloting is over and settled, you will see a shift of genuine buyers who want to construct home towards phase 7. |

To my knowlege p block of phase 7 is best like w block and also it is next to phase 8.so price should go higher if few house are built. |
