Can experts please tell that if I get intimation of ph-9 affidavit file today then will it will be included in ballot??
What are the next steps to do after buyer gets intimation copy. should he pay amount to seller. Do we need to verify anything from DHA?
experienced people please guide on this issue.

No its not in ballot. And dishonest dealers are still selling them with lies and there are 24 transfers for them in DHA head office today alone. All sold at same rates of DHA9 allocation. No discount at all. Sad very sad.
We tried our best to protect 1000s but people here by informing they are not going to be in ballot. Who cant see this webpage is going to get shock of their life time when they are told your file is not included in ballot on May 15 2015.
This is what happen when you try to save Rs 2000 in price or go to wrong dealers.
