I have investment in Dha phase 8 Z block. Is it advisable to shift my investment to phase 9?

Please don't delay Phase 9 are proper DHA phase, its location are 100 time batter than Z block phase 8.
Always invest in proper phase of any scheme not extension not extra block like Z.
Location matter in property, phase 9 are much batter location than Z.

Mr. Khalid given the right opinion as there is no comparison between two and at this time there is a small difference in value but in long run there will be a huge gape of price and value of property.
