Dear LRE team
I have I kanal allocation file in DHA9 prism, I want to know about development charges, which supposed to be either 18 lac or 19 lac. Which DHA Will receive after balloting. will they receive these charges in quarterly or annually installments or once for all.

Charges 19 lac.
Will start after six months of the balloting.
It will be quartely however if you happy can pay in one shot also and earn some discuont. |

after balloting. Having plot No. what should be my next step. Shall I apply for allotment letter? And how much it will take to issue. Is there any charges for allotment letter. Please clear to me. Thank you. |

Installments will be every 3 months. No need to do any thing. Every one will get an intimation mail to their mailing address on membership form. In Pakistan and all over the world.
