Do you have any idea about possible locations of 8 Marla commercial in phase 9. ? Are all of those going to be on main road ??! Is it a good investment for next. 5 years ?

I am still told inshaAllah all 8-Marla comm are on main roads only. We need an official map to see them.

I am told 95% 8 marla commercial are one largest widest main Boulevard too but I cant trust this imfo as I have not seen new master plan with my own eyes. Due to their better location in all past ballots and maps I believe 8 Marla will win against 4 Marla

@CMY Ref-8M/4M: Do you think that we will see some volatility right after May 15th or we'll see a gradual up/downward trend when DHA will ask for "development" charges?

Can we wait for few months to get good price?
