I can clearly see some commercials plots of 8 and 4 marlas,

After some detective work with this un official leaked map that may have minor changes but roads will be same now I can clearly see some commercials plots of 8 and 4 marlas in these areas if my eye sight is still good :)

also possibly some 4 marla commercial plots on both roads crossing on left of where Askari 11 is written. Some 4 marla commercials in DHA town new blocks can be seen too.

All one kanal looking on very safe places and mostly upper part near Askari 11 and under SL1 SL2 and top of big circle in middle.

Basicly where commercial plots are market all around them are only 1 kanal plots

Upper half above circle in middle is looking like all one kanal only. Many smaller plot especially like 10 marla plots can be seen near DHA town A B C D .

As well as Res plot its chance to bye within week with lower prices after ballot?
Yours suggestion are needed as these 8 Marla prices forecast specially for purchase after ballot?

very good news for 5 marla holder, on the map its almost clear that 5 marla is plan near to State life 1 and 2. wishing for all 5 marla holders to stay confirmed. Rest Allah Knows better.

uae are u sure ,i have decided to keep my file after reading your post,does any one know if there is penalty on not paying membership fee to dha with in one month of the purchase,as they demand while transferring property in your name,thanks

yupppp your eye sight is 8/6 lolzz, I think this is the best commercial plan among all DHA phases.

Dear saima, i am not expert about property but i seen it on map, u may save map picture and see it very closely. you will see very small sizes are being shown in State life 1 & 2 area with little extra light. Rest Allah Knows better.
