I think role of affidavit files cannot be ignored here.Those who are carrying affidavit files are doing profit taking and they should do it by all means. Question is how low they are willing to sell that will determine the bottom.

i think it is heading as told by cmy , good located plots demand gonna increase and bad located will be tough to get rid of them and in couple months bad located will keep market down of good plots too . investors in queue and waiting for ballot result now only drawback was on mon and tue it didnt rise as much as it shd be .affidavit files balloting issue and ordinary dealers haste did it .
