DO NOT rush to buy immediately after Phase 9 balloting as prices will be adjusted to actual figures. Prices are strongly lined up to fall down. You can get 1 kanal Corner/Main Road or atleast Good Location plot in 75-80 lacs, just wait for around 2-3 months.
It will also bring other DHA phases prices downward too.
