Dear CMY and other experts readers of this forum,
I am an over seas employee coming back to Pak after a month.Can any one advise me where i should invest 10 millions to get good gain in couple of years.

If you slight chance to make a house in addition to investment go for DHA Lahore phase 5 M block. With Prism map release it will look so good location after 5 years its price can be same as DHA6 b H J blocks.
If only investment please buy DHA Multan 3 files.
If not comfortable with files buy one corner or large road plot from Prism9 map after ballot.

Many Thanks for your reply.Plz be informed that there is no immediate plan of building a house in the near future however the said amount will be for investment pupose only.What do you think about DHA Phase 9 Ext.I should not invest here if possible. |
