Please also prices forecast of 4 & 8 Marla commercial file in phase 9 after ballot next week?
As you mentioned prices for residential plot Good or bad only, i am interesting to have investments in start next week for commercial plot. So what will be best choice in good or bad location prices in start? What prices you expect and guide for suitable for location?

Dear CMY,

It means you should admit this that below mentioned charges of 5M reflects little bit your wrong presumption. Your pre-post was showing all these prices after balloting will be without development charges. What is your opinion ?
